HTG2 Series Digital Torque Gauge Discontinued: See HTGS Model.
The HTG2 Digital Torque Gauge features a remote torque sensor with a Jacob’s chuck. The Jacob’s chuck can be used to grip a test sample or a wide variety of grips. Test in clockwise or counter-clockwise directions. Selectable measuring units of lbf-in, kgf-cm, or N-cm. Use the real time mode to display torque transients or peak mode to capture the peak torque achieved during a test.
Advanced Features
A large LCD display is easy to read from a distance. The HTG2 digital torque gauge also has a set of 3 indicator lights. The orange, green and red indicator lights can be used in conjunction with the programmable high/low setpoints for pass/fail testing.
Store up to 1,000 values in the unit’s internal memory. These values can be displayed or transmitted to a pc using RS-232 serial output.
The instrument has RS-232C, digimatic and analog outputs. The HTG2 is compatible with Imada’s optional SW-1 Data Acquisition Spreadsheet.
What Comes with the Gauge?
HTG2 digital torque gauges are sold in kits which include the gauge, sensor, six foot sensor cable, and AC adapter/charger. The unit runs on built-in Ni-MH rechargeable batteries. All new gauges include a 3-point calibration certificate traceable to NIST. ISO-17025 certificates are available at an additional charge.
