Imada offers a complete selection of force gauges, test stands and attachments that can be used by hand or combined into customized force measurement systems capable of addressing a wide variety of applications and budgets.
Mechanical Force Gauges
Economical mechanical force gauges offer simple, efficient testing by hand or in combination with manual test stands. Mechanical gauges are available in low capacity up to 150 lbf, high capacity up to 500 lbf and compact models with capacities up to 50 lbf.
Digital Force Gauges
Digital force gauges feature Go/No Go indicators, selectable units: lbf, kgf and N, ranges up to 1,100 lbf, programmable high/low setpoints and data output in USB, RS232, Digimatic and analog formats. Peak and continuous force data can be collected and analyzed with optional data acquisition software.
Manual Test Stands
Lever-operated test stands use a downward pull of a lever whether testing compression or tension and feature rapid testing. Wheel-operated test stands feature finer movement control and precise positioning. Distance meters enable the collection of both force and displacement data.
Motorized Test Stands
Motorized test stands feature digital speed and movement control and force-controlled, non-destructive capabilities. Internal or external distance meters enable the collection of both force and displacement data.
Force Data Acquisition
Some Imada digital gauges include basic data acquisition software. Optional data acquisition software captures peak or continuous force data and automatically generates force measurement profile graphs with statistics.
Attachments
Standard attachments and variety of compression plates, hooks, grips, vises and other specialized attachments and fixtures facilitate compression, friction, peel, puncture and other tests.
