Normally, within two days of receiving your unit, Imada will provide an analysis of the problem with a repair quote and within two days of your approval, Imada will repair and ship the unit back to you.
Shipments must be prepaid, including duties and brokerage for shipments outside the USA. Regardless of the condition, the evaluation fee will be charged. This fee will be waived if the estimated repair / calibration is performed.
